Alex’s track record encompasses a diversity of jurisdictions and sectors. He advises international purchasers, sellers and sponsors in inbound and outbound Chinese and Asian mergers and acquisitions as well as related debt and equity financings.
He has worked on and led deals across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial institutions, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, life sciences, energy, advanced manufacturing and hospitality. Alex is a senior lead lawyer in both our Hong Kong and Greater China corporate teams. He is also a member of our Global Insurance Sector Group.
