DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Christopher Manderville

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Christopher Manderville to the firm’s Toronto office in the Corporate group.‎ Christopher maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice focused on mergers and ‎acquisitions, banking and ‎finance, private equity, securities law, privacy and general ongoing advice on ‎business law matters. ‎

Christopher works with a broad range of public and private companies covering a diverse set of industries, ‎including real estate development and capital raising, manufacturing, ‎retail, technology, logistics, e-‎commerce, alternative lenders, pharmacy and medical professional ‎organizations. Christopher regularly ‎advises development companies on prospectus exempt capital raising matters. Christopher has also ‎assisted clients representing a spectrum ‎of emerging industries with seed and early stage venture capital ‎financings.‎

Christopher acquired his J.D. from Queen’s University where he focused on business law and private ‎‎equity.‎‎
