DLA Piper partner Holly R. Lake named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2025 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Holly R. Lake, a partner in the firm’s Employment practice, was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2025 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list honoring the top legal professionals with minority backgrounds in the Los Angeles area.
In its profile of Lake, who has more than two decades of legal industry experience, the publication noted her success before the Court of Appeal, as well as her track record of trial victories and summary judgment wins for clients across a broad range of industries.
Lake is an employment litigator and advisor. She has a breadth of experience defending clients in all aspects of employment law and related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and wage-and-hour matters. She has extensive experience leading legal teams on large-scale class, collective and private attorney general representative actions under California laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title VII. She also advises clients on all matters related to employment, including the use of artificial intelligence in employment practices, D&I initiatives, OFCCP compliance and ESG strategies.
