  • Advising H2APEX S.C.A., which is focusing on projects for decentralized green hydrogen supply, on its capital increase.
  • Advising Aonic, a global gaming and technology group, on the issue and listing of a senior secured Nordic Bond for an aggregate amount of EUR 55 million on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm and the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 
  • Advising Montana Tech Components AG on the sale of 1.35 million shares in a listed company by way of a club deal to institutional investors. 
  • Ongoing advice of a major international bank in relation to its debt issuance program. 
  • Advising Deutsche Beteiligungs AG on a share buyback program with a total volume of up to EUR 20m over a one-year period. 
  • The founding shareholders of Metro AG on the shareholder agreement with the major shareholder for the intended delisting of Metro AG.
  • A listed global manufacturer for the aerospace industry on the establishment of a long-term incentive program for employees in Switzerland.
  • Advising Blue Yonder, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, on the acquisition of Flexis, a specialist in software-based technologies for optimizing production, transportation planning and execution.
