Aline Kiers focuses on a wide variety of insurance and financial regulatory matters.

She advises insurers and other players in the insurance sector as well as payment institutions, financial services providers and FinTechs on many different aspects of Dutch and European financial regulatory rules and regulations. This includes advice regarding license applications and scope, market conduct supervision, product distribution, partnerships, M&A, and FinTech initiatives as well as outsourcing and governance, notifications, AML and KYC requirements.

Since 2024, Aline is appointed as a lecturer Financial Regulatory at the Dutch Law Firm School.
