Marcel Nurk


Marcel Nurk advises investors, large corporations, startups and founders in a variety of international M&A, private equity and venture capital financing transactions.

He accompanies startups, growth companies as well as their founders and investors from the foundation of the company through financing rounds to the exit by sale of the company or by IPO.

In addition, Marcel advises on complex corporate restructurings as well as on all day to day corporate legal matters, such as corporate governance and employee participation programs.

Advising NASDAQ-listed company Itron Inc. on the sale of its global gas regulator business and European commercial and industrial gas metering business to Dresser Utility Solutions.*
Advising Rackspace Technology, a leading end-to-end multicloud technology service provider on the acquisition of Bright Skies GmbH.*
Advising Blockdaemon, the world’s largest blockchain infrastructure company for node management and staking, on the acquisition of German company Anyblock Analytics to extend its NFT offering and to grow their European footprint.*
Advising Ellab A/S, a leading global provider of solutions and services for validating, measuring, recording and monitoring critical parameters of thermal applications, on the acquisition of the Adsano Group.*
Advising Heidelberg-based Exciva GmbH, a clinical biotech company which is developing a novel therapy for the treatment of agitation and aggression in Alzheimer's disease, in its Series A financing led by Andera Partners amounting to EUR9 million.*
Advising Munich-based smart parking provider Cleverciti Systems GmbH on a EUR4.75 million financing round led by lead investor SPDG Ventures.*
