Advising an Irish‑incorporated private company specializing in aviation leasing and consultancy services, on the regulatory and contractual aspects of a high‑value cross‑border aviation transaction. The advice related to an aircraft registered with the Slovak Aviation Register and required navigation of Slovak aviation regulatory requirements alongside the transaction documentation.
Providing comprehensive consultancy to a global leader in digital products, technology and hazard games in relation to the regulatory and contractual aspects of the public procurement procedure which led to the winning of tender and entering into the contract with a contracting authority.
