DLA Piper partner, Jes A. Rosenvinge, has vast and many years of experience in construction and building law and provides advice to private and public builders, contractors and subcontractors as well as technical advisors on issues of construction law, including procurement law, Danish and international construction contracts, arbitration proceedings, litigation, arbitration and survey proceedings.

Jes advises a numerous range of major real estate clients in Denmark as well as abroad and has been involved in some of the major arbitration proceedings and construction cases in Denmark. Furthermore, Jes deals with environmental law, contract law, distribution agreements, terms of sale and delivery and industrial injury cases.

In 2013, Jes A. Rosenvinge was appointed as certified arbitrator within The Danish Institute of Arbitration & The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
