EXPERIENCE

  • Advised Novar in its capacity as borrower in relation to the project financing of solar park Eekerpolder (190 MWp and at the time of commencement of construction the largest field based solar park in the Netherlands).
  • Advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in its capacity as borrower in relation to the project financing of solar park Bellingwolde (74 MWp) by Novar.
  • Advised solar park developer, builder, financier and manager TPSolar on reaching Financial Close for the 28.5 MWp ground-mounted Kriekampen Solar Park, located in the Netherlands municipality of Oirschot.
  • Advised the international lending syndicate on the cross-jurisdiction and sustainability linked asset based financing of ACT Commodities Group and ACT Financial Solutions.
