Luciano Morello

Luciano is the Partner who heads the Finance, Projects and Restructuring group in Italy. He has extensive experience in capital market, corporate finance and structured finance transactions, advising major Italian and European financial institutions and companies.

Luciano assists banks and funds in connection with asset securitisation transactions, covered bonds issuances and real estate/energy/structured finance transactions involving Italian and EU institutional counterparties.

He also assists his clients in the setting-up of pan-European issuance platforms for the offering (to both retail and institutional investors) and listing of a wide range of securities in the EU and in connection with the relevant legal and regulatory aspects.

Luciano advises both investment banks and European companies in relation to the issuance of corporate bonds and their admission to trading on regulated and non-regulated markets.

In the context of debt restructuring, he also advises clients in connection with their debt obligations and liability management issues.
