Muhammet Yavuz advises national and international companies and investors on real estate law. His practice focuses on advising on real estate transactions, asset and facility management as well as commercial leases. As a Legal Tech Fellow, Muhammet Yavuz is jointly responsible for DLA Piper's Legal Tech strategy in Germany.

    • a logistics centre in Hückelhoven;
    • an office building in Bochum;
    • an office building in Kassel.
  • Advising a Swiss family office on the acquisition of a core office building in a central location in Frankfurt am Main.
  • Advising a German investment and asset manager on the acquisition of a micro-living building in Cologne.
  • Advising Ofi Invest Real Estate, a leading French asset manager:
    • on the acquisition of a core logistics property in Maisach near Munich;
    • on the acquisition of the Cube 10 in Hamburg;
    • on the sale of an office building in Hamburg;
    • on the acquisition of the Central One in Neuss (near Düsseldorf);
    • on the acquisition of two logistics properties in Kleinmachnow and Cologne.
  • Advising LBBW Immobilien on the acquisition of the Theo 10 in Stuttgart.
  • Advising Garbe Institutional Capital, a leading real estate company in Europe, in connection with the acquisition of an existing property and a development property in Warstein for a new Infineon hybrid timber/wood building.
  • Advising Incus Capital on the financing of the purchase and renovation of an office building in Berlin with EUR 60 million.
  • Advising an internationally active American private equity investor on the acquisition of several prime logistics properties in Langenhagen, Stelle, Obertshausen, Ahrensburg, Westerkappeln, Glesien.
  • Advising an internationally active British real estate investor on the:
    • sale of several logistics properties in Minden;
    • acquisition of a logistics property in Mülheim.
  • Advising a German real estate investor on the:
    • purchase of a retail park portfolio;
    • sale of a portfolio of commercially used properties (office, retail park, logistics).
