Jocelyn Munnig Schmidt - van Moergastel, attorney at law, is a member of the Finance practice of our Amsterdam office since 2019, advising financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and large corporates.

Qualified in the Netherlands, she has extensive experience in leveraged and corporate lending, including complex security packages and intercreditor arrangements. Jocelyn focuses on structured finance and asset based ending (ABL), particularly transactions that integrate acquisition or corporate financing structures with asset based elements including transactions involving deemed borrowing base mechanisms.
