Advising the shareholders (founders and venture capital funds) on the sale of Applica AI, a leading global AI-based document automation company, to Snowflake, a leading global cloud computing company.
Advising Sprints on its minority investment in Base, a leading Polish e-commerce software platform.
Advising MJM Holdings, a leading business in Poland’s insurance distribution sector, on the acquisition of 100% of shares of five companies owned by GIA Investments, a holding company of one of the largest brokerage and agency groups in Poland, servicing approximately PLN410 million in premiums annually, with a focus on life insurance and assistance services.
Advising Atmos Ventures, one of the VC investors and shareholders in Oxford Ionics, on their USD1.075 billion sale to IonQ, combining IonQ’s quantum compute and networking stack with Oxford’s record-setting ion-trap-on-a-chip technology to accelerate the development of fault-tolerant quantum computers.
Advising URGO Poland, on the acquisition of 100% shares in MyBest Pharm, a Polish company specialising in high-quality dietary supplements, functional foods and dermocosmetics.
Advising the shareholders of Orbitvu, a company involved in the automation of so-called product photography, on the sale of a majority stake of 60% to the Abris CEE Mid-Market III LP fund.
Advising Avallon MBO on its investment in TES VSETÍN s.r.o., a Czech company producing electrical machinery and related system components. The investment by Avallon MBO was made jointly with Genesis Capital, a private equity fund offering financing to small and medium-sized companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Austria.
Advising the partners of Droma Sunshades-Experts on the sale of a 74% stake to Hunter Douglas, the world's market leader in window coverings (Luxaflex®) and a major manufacturer of architectural products.
Advising Bracia Sadownicy and its founders on the acquisition of Victoria Cymes and the acquisition of a minority investor, the Syntaxis Capital fund.
