Siria Riccio is a lawyer in the Corporate department of the Rome office, currently based in Milan.
Siria provides assistance and advice to Italian and foreign companies and individuals, as well as to insurance and reinsurance operators, on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including in the areas of business contracts and civil litigation.
In particular, she has gained experience in contracts, M&A transactions, in the resolution of regulatory and compliance issues, including contractual ones, and in the management of out-of-court positions and litigation mainly in the commercial, retail, real estate and insurance sectors.
Through her knowledge of civil, corporate and insurance law, she is able to support clients in their day-to-day business activities by offering them a full legal assistance.
Siria joined DLA Piper in 2020 as an intern. In 2022, she became a lawyer admitted to the Rome Bar.
In December 2023, she started a secondment in Milan at a leading foreign insurance company operating in the Italian territory, dealing with contractual matters, legal and regulatory issues.
