María Gracia Cornejo Alcalá has solid experience in the adequate alignment with equal pay legislation as well as in the installation of committees for health and safety and for the prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace. She has also managed projects that involve complex calculations such as employee profit sharing, timely provision, granting and payment of holidays, social security contributions and correct treatment of allowances – all of which ensure compliance with formal labor obligations and allow a close oversight of staff costs.

Regarding management of personnel, María Gracia is able to provide extensive and specific know-how on the implementation of remote work and personnel hiring through fixed-term contracts.
