Gabriel de Corral


Gabriel de Corral focuses his practice on capital markets and general corporate law. He advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants on a broad range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, high yield debt, rights issues, private placements and project bonds. Gabriel has experience across many different industries, including financial services, media and technology, consumer products, gaming, mining, oil & gas, restaurants, health care and telecommunications.

Gabriel counsels domestic and international corporations and boards of directors on SEC reporting requirements, corporate governance matters, and stock exchange rules and regulations. He also has extensive experience advising on cross-border capital raising transactions in Latin America. He has worked on matters in Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and Argentina.
