EXPERIENCE

  • Advised the developers of M1 Business Park (an industrial community scheme development). This involved land titling and governance arrangements including with council / public utility providers, and advice on pre-sale contract disclosures.*
  • Advised PAYCE on its South Village Kirrawee mixed-use development comprising seven residential towers, retail podium and public domain areas.*
  • Advised PAYCE on an urban redevelopment joint venture project with Sekisui House Australia comprising residential, retail and recreation facilities at Wentworth Point.*
  • Advising PAYCE on an urban redevelopment joint venture project with Sekisui House Australia comprising a AUD6bn project covering 30 hectares including 6,000 apartments, town centre and retail village, community amenities and significant parklands.*
  • Advised B1 Group and Shimao Property joint venture on its ‘Casa’ residential development projects in Erskineville (comprising 2 residential strata schemes and 17 terrace houses). Stephanie assisted with all aspects of the acquisition of the sites and development of the project including land titling, environmental compliance and contract sales.*
  • Advising Peakstone (formerly known as ‘Zone Q’) on acquisitions of commercial properties in Victoria and New South Wales. This involved due diligence, contract and foreign investment advice, and transaction management.*
  • Advising Starwood, Arrow Property Investments and Pindan Capital consortium on its acquisition of the A-grade seven-story office building at 29-57 Christie Street, St Leonards.*
