Acting for Softcare Limited (HKEX: 2698) in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Softcare develops, manufactures, and sells baby and feminine hygiene products and focuses on fast-growing emerging markets including Africa, Latin America and Central Asia.*
Acting for China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited as the sole sponsor and other underwriters in connection with the initial public offering and dual primary listing of Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited (HKEX: 3858) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Kazakhstan’s Astana International Exchange (AIX). Jiaxin International is a tungsten mining company focusing on the development of the Boguty tungsten mine based in Kazakhstan. This marks the world’s first dual primary listing on both the HKEX and AIX, setting another milestone in the Hong Kong IPO market.*

Tam Jai International is a renowned restaurant chain operator with Hong Kong with restaurants in Hong Kong, mainland China and Singapore.*
