Greg Willmott

Greg works with clients to frame, develop, articulate and embed M&A strategies. With a background that includes transaction services, consultancy, interim and executive roles, he is able to bring extensive but highly pragmatic strategic know-how to address and resolve complex client challenges.

His experience in 'downstream' activities encompasses operating model and organisational design, cultural transformation, and integration management initiatives. His primary goal is to assist clients in realizing attainable and value-driven results right from the outset.

From a sector perspective, he has 25 years' advisory and in-house experience within the Financial Services industry.  He has counselled some of the world's largest asset managers, pension providers, and insurers, while also occupying pivotal leadership roles in major corporations, driving strategy and corporate development.

Greg holds a first-class honours degree and B. Phil. from Oxford University.
