  • Advised Bancomext and Actinver in a syndicated loan to a leading airline and ground transportation company
  • Representation of Fortive in the acquisition of sterilization product business line from Johnson & Johnson
  • Participation in the legal advisory of Acciona and Biofields (sponsors) in the project finance of one of Mexico’s largest photovoltaic power stations (MIREC Deal of the Year 2018)
  • Advised Pemex (México’s state-owned oil company) in the sale of participation in gas pipeline “Los Ramones” to Blackrock and IEnova Pipelines, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy
  • Lead associate representing Shake Shack Enterprises in the granting of a master franchise to Grupo Gigante
  • Represented DuraFiber Technologies in the sale of equity to Indorama Netherlands, including regulatory approvals (antitrust)
  • Advised ING (London Branch) in connection with the security documents under certain loans entered into with Seadrill México
  • Counsel to Rabobank in the financial restructuring of Oceanografía, S.A. de C.V.
  • Advised NTT Data in the acquisition of the Dell IT Service business line in México, including regulatory approvals (antitrust)
  • Represented Capital I in the acquisition of Corporación GEO, formerly one of the largest public housing companies in México, including regulatory approvals (antitrust)
  • Advised Grupo Sordo, one of Mexico’s most renowned real estate developers in the divestment of Walton Street Capital
