Nahal Iranpour has a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate transactions.
Nahal advises clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, stock exchange listings and other transactions. She also provides ongoing advice to clients on a number of related matters, including securities regulatory compliance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters and general corporate law.
Prior to joining the firm, Nahal worked as an associate in the corporate and securities group of an international law firm. Earlier in her career, she worked as legal counsel for an international oil and gas company.
