Terry Ang Hao Wen

Terry works in the Corporate and Financial Services team in Wellington. He works on a range of matters including investment funds management, corporate and commercial, insurance regulation and trust law.

Terry is a member of a Tier 1 Investment Funds practice, as ranked by Legal 500. Terry has assisted on advising a has advised a spectrum of different private and public sector entities, including listed companies, local government, trustees, and investment fund managers.

Terry also has experience in several mergers and acquisitions for a range of clients.
