Mona Keller focuses on a wide variety of financial regulatory matters. She advices banks, investment funds, insurance companies and financial services providers on different aspects of Dutch and European financial regulatory law. This includes advice regarding license applications and prudential and market conduct supervision.
Mona Keller also has experience advising domestic and international clients, including banks, borrowers and private equity investors, on acquisition and corporate finance.
