Conor advises clients across various sectors on commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology and outsourcing agreements.

He has significant experience drafting and negotiating strategic commercial agreements including agreements in relation to systems integration, managed services, shared services, facilities management, security and the professional financial services sector.

Conor is regarded as one of Ireland’s foremost commercial contract law experts and has had over a dozen journal articles published on contract law topics, been cited in the leading Irish law contract law textbooks and been appointed as a Research Fellow in the School of Law at the University of Reading.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Irish Rail in relation to the IT systems integration project for the upgrade of its ticket distribution, revenue management and CRM systems.
  • Advising Musgrave in relation to its outsourcing of its finance and HR functions to Infosys.
  • Advising Allied Irish Banks in relation to a material outsourcing project for the development of a digital banking platform.
  • Advising Bank of Ireland in relation to the procurement of a digital savings platform.
  • Advising KPMG on the outsourcing of its facilities management services.
  • Advising EY on a number of material services arrangements.
