Khaled Dadi advises on a broad range of commercial contracts, such as contracts regarding the supply or purchase of products and/or services, the appointment of commercial agents, the organization of a distribution- or franchise network and other types of partnerships.
Besides his commercial contracts practice, Khaled has vast experience in the field of IT-, competition-and privacy law. In addition, he frequently teaches courses on the legal aspects of international trade.
Khaled has e.g. been involved in major strategic IT / Outsourcing litigation cases for high-profile clients, acting on behalf of both IT-vendors and their customers. The nature of the disputes range from IT-licensing disputes, failed IT projects and specific performance disputes.
Together with two other law firms, Khaled advised the EU Commission on the development of model clauses for cloud services to financial institutions. In doing so, Khaled worked with various EU stakeholders such as ENISA and EBA to develop these model clauses.
In addition to his work for clients, Khaled is heavily involved in pro bono work for NGO's such as Solidaridad, Plan Nederland and Unicef. Khaled has also been involved as lecturer in the "Know your rights" project. This project is designed to empower refugees by educating them on their rights.
