Alison (Ali) Maxwell, Chair of the US Tax Practice, concentrates her practice in international tax with a focus on operational structuring, global expansion, transfer pricing, valuations, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, pre- and post-acquisition planning and integration, and legal entity rationalization.
