Ekaterina Filikhina advises national and international clients on technology related issues, with a particular focus on IT contract law, IT outsourcing law, tech transactions, artificial intelligence, software licensing and cloud computing.  

Her main area of practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts on a national and international level and advising on complex IT projects. Furthermore, she advises on cloud computing, software and data licensing and digital transformation models.
