Advising Komerční banka, a.s. on the sale of the property located in the centre of Prague for more than CZK3.3 billion (EUR131 million) by way of transfer of 100% of shares in a Czech SPV and on the further lease of the property back to the seller.
Advising a multinational furniture retailer regarding the clarification and adjustment of the legal relations between multiple subjects who mutually cooperate in the operation of shopping centers. Provision of such services involved a deep analysis of the nature of the current practice and the potential future development of the project.
Advising a real estate developer and manager of shopping centers around the world on the sale of a shopping park in Brno, worth EUR40.7 million.
