Bartek Palusiak has more than 20 years of experience in advising on general banking and transaction finance, with particular focus on real estate and asset financing.

He supports lenders, borrowers, bond issuers, funds, and mezzanine providers in all types of financing and also has extensive experience in cross-border lending and project finance.

He has been involved in some of the biggest deals on the Polish market in recent years.

  • Advising Berlin Hyp on financing the acquisition of an office building in Łódź.
  • Advising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing the development of a number of warehouse and logistics centres in Poland by an international warehouse developer.
  • Advising Capital Park on refinancing the bank facilities granted for financing the construction of office buildings owned by Capital Park's subsidiaries.
  • Advising a Polish bank on financing the acquisition of a number of office buildings and shopping centres in Poland from real estate funds under liquidation belonging to a developer and on the realisation of a number of that developer's housing development projects.
