Diana Zuleta Martinez

Diana Zuleta has more than 14 years of experience assisting employers in labor and employment matters. In addition, she assists clients in social security matters and the administrative proceedings of the Social Protection Authority (UGPP). Diana has an ample experience assisting local and foreign entities in the recruitment of personnel, compensation plans, managing labor relationships and implementing work alternatives as solution to the labor challenges.  Diana also has extensive experience assisting companies and foreign employees obtaining Colombian visas, work permits and validating educational credentials in Colombia.

Diana is experienced in social security law and has been a professor in post-graduate programs in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana since 2010. She worked in Peru the first semester of 2017, assisting employers in labor and employment matters. 

Diana has also been appointed by the Ministry of Labor as arbitrator to solve conflicts between companies and their unions.
