DLA Piper becomes Poland's first Great Place to Work-certified law firm

DLA Piper Poland has become the first law firm in the country to receive certification from Great Place to Work, one of the most experienced and prestigious organisations evaluating workplaces globally. The Great Place to Work Certification is proof that we have created a workplace where employees feel good, and conditions are present for them to thrive and excel. The certification prioritises employee well-being and cultures of inclusion, purpose, genuine learning, caring and empathy.“

Established in 2008, the firm’s Warsaw office employs 200 professionals, including 130 lawyers, 48% of whom are women. DLA Piper Poland boasts a commitment to diverse and inclusive thinking, values fundamental to its corporate culture. Our open and inclusive attitude contributes to our team’s high job satisfaction and translates into great performance. It is an honour to be the first Polish law firm named as a Great Place to Work, and shows how over the last four years, after the implementation of the firm’s new strategy and values, we have built a culture that is based on trust and respect.”
