EXPERIENCE

  • Providing assistance to a group with the privatization Contract for the transfer of the right to operate and manage the network of Hypermarkets and Supermarkets chain for a 10 year period of EUR 2.2m.
  • Assisted a company with the International Public Tender, and the Concession Agreement to hand over the operation of the multipurpose terminal at the port of Luanda. The management of the terminal will last until 2040 in an overall agreement worth USD1bn.
  • Assisted an investment project in Angola, comprising of project finance and the negotiation of benefits and incentives with regards to the Concession Agreement for the exploration of the Luanda Multipurpose terminal.
  • Assisted an operation in the Gas sector in Angola, in a groundbreaking project that is the result of a partnership between 5 energy companies to gather, process and deliver Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to the global market. Additionally, the project supplies natural gas to the Angolan market to help meet local industrial and energy needs; and also produces propane, butane and condensate.
  • Ongoing assistance to a joint-venture operation, towards the development of an LNG and Hydrogen Terminal in the Port of Setúbal. A innovative and important project in Portugal, that could be of big importance to Portugal, estimated in EUR250m.
  • Aided an offshore operation in in Angola, with the entitlement issues.
