  • Advising Corsair Capital, a private equity firm, in connection with the acquisition of MJM Holdings from existing shareholders and raising financing to complete the transaction.
  • Advising ONDE S.A. on the sale of three photovoltaic farms to SachsenEnergie.
  • Advising TIM S.A., in connection with the sale of the company to Wurth Group for PLN1.1bn.
  • Advising ONDE S.A. and Neo Energy Group on the sale of the Szybowice wind farm to Energa Green Development, a company belonging to the Orlen Group.
  • Advising Polenergia in connection with a prospective public offering of new shares worth PLN750mln.
  • Advising PayTel on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Kar-Tel.
  • Advising Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne on the acquisition of an organised part of the company and the acquisition of the management of MetLife OFE and MetLife DFE from MetLife PTE.
  • Advising Resource Partners, a private equity firm, in connection with the sale of Maced to Assisi Pet Care Ltd.
