• American Tower Corporation on purchasing 30,722 telecommunication towers from Telefónica Group in Europe (Germany and Spain) and Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Peru)
• Pharol's strategic agreement with FASA to market its products online in Chile
• L'Oréal Chile on corporate and commercial matters in Chile
• Infosys on corporate and commercial issues in Chile
• Inversiones Romy on corporate and commercial issues in Chile
• A company developing large-scale energy storage projects to support the transition to decarbonized electricity grids in an SPA for the sale of 100% of its shares to another energy company to subsequently develop a photovoltaic renewable energy project
