The WIN Insights Report is back!
Updated 7 January 2022
After our first WIN Insights Report last year, we were inundated with feedback from in-house lawyers from around the world about how useful it was to hear from their peers.
So we are doing this for our WIN community again! We have recently surveyed in-house lawyers around the world to understand how the ongoing challenges from the pandemic are affecting your role, from budgets and strategy to flexible working. How your organisation is taking meaningful action on sustainability and D&I. And, most importantly, how you’re feeling right now.
We are currently analysing survey responses and drawing out themes from across the global WIN community. Our findings will be published in early 2022 in the 2021/22 WIN Insights Report, providing a concise, authentic snapshot into the changing professional lives of in-house lawyers.
