Anna Bodzioch

Anna Bodzioch specialises in real estate and commercial law. She advises clients on not only on legal, but also business aspects of real estate transactions, commercial leases and investment projects.

She supports clients on all stages of the project - from conducting a legal due diligence review, through shaping project structure, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation to advising on the legal aspects of management of developed real properties and their commercialisation.

Anna has significant experience in logistics and warehouse investment projects, which includes drafting joint-venture agreements, agreements for development management, property management and lease of warehouse, manufacturing and office space as well as advice on other legal aspects of the projects. Her expertise covers also lease of commercial space and real estate acquisition and sale transactions.
