Alina Iarve advises institutional investors in primary and co-investments in private equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, venture funds, hedge funds and credit funds, as well as customized investment vehicles, funds of one and separate managed accounts and other alternative assets. She regularly assists these clients with the review and negotiation of investment documentation, including limited partnership agreements, side letters, transfer agreements, placement agent engagements, investment management agreements, revenue share agreements and direct investments in portfolio companies.
Prior to joining DLA Piper to focus on investor representation, Alina was in-house counsel for a newly formed venture fund and studio in the digital healthcare space. Prior to that, Alina advised clients in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate governance matters, and securities exchange reporting and compliance.
