Carlo Ingato

Carlo Ingato is a member of the firm's Structured Finance group. Carlo focuses on collateralized loan obligation transactions and related warehouse facilities, representing collateral managers, arrangers, issuers and investors.

Carlo also has experience in a broad range of secured lending transactions and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) manager acquisitions.

Carlo received his law degree from Fordham University. He also holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
