  • Advising a client under investigation in the CMA’s Competition Act investigation into suspected anti-competitive arrangements in the roofing materials sector
  • Advising on various State aid matters, including on the proposed ICGB gas interconnector between Greece and Bulgaria and the proposed new football stadium for Everton FC
  • Advising on various merger control matters in a variety of sectors
