His practice covers the entire financial services and project finance area (including real estate transactions and finance, M&A transactions and restructuring projects) including regulatory issues relating to banking and investment law. Alexander is experienced in energy and infrastructure projects, not least due to his in-house experience, in particular in M&A transactions as well as in electricity generation (both conventional and renewable energy sources) as well as electricity trading and sales.
