Charlotte Lewis-Williams has over 15 years' experience advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional and high value finance matters, ranging from direct lending, private credit and leveraged finance transactions to fund finance, infrastructure finance and sports finance.

  • Advising a consortium of institutional investors and the placement agent on the issuance of EUR424 million notes to support the reconstruction of FC Barcelona's stadium, the Spotify Camp Nou.
  • Advising institutional investors and bank lenders on the EUR332m financing package to redevelop the home of Valencia Club de Fútbol, the Nou Mestalla.
  • Advising Institutional investors and bank lenders on the EUR125m media rights financing package for Real Betis Balompié.
  • Advising institutional investors on long-term structured financing for Porto FC.
  • Advising a private credit fund on EUR100m acquisition financing for a stake in PSA Italy.
  • Advising a private credit fund on financing for the construction of an anaerobic digestion plant.
  • Advising the sponsor on the recapitalisation of its minority interest in Boralex.
