Future Leaders Initiative - Raising Aspirations and Confidence

Our new Future Leaders report highlights how a one-day programme we’ve developed for young people has enhanced their employability skills and boosted their networks.

Sessions on CV and interview skills, resilience and elevator pitches have been delivered to students thanks to our Future Leaders group, which was established last year by the former Lord Mayor of London, Vincent Keaveny.

Young people across four UK regions helped pilot the programme, after they identified a gap in their knowledge about future education jobs, networks and pathways into professional environments.

Along with outlining the impact of the initiative, our new report includes feedback from students, which was immensely positive.
