Justin Hewett represents a wide spectrum of domestic and international financial institutions on all aspects of venture and growth debt transactions, as well as sponsor-led and private credit financings.  He has significant experience advising in the healthcare, life sciences, and fintech sectors.

Justin also has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure finance, particularly renewable and sustainable projects.

Drawing on his global background and deep industry knowledge, Justin helps clients navigate intricate deal structures and challenging timelines with a calm, methodical approach.
