Advising a syndicate of financial institutions in relation to a EUR150m facility agreement entered into with Técnicas Reunidas, S.A. for the purpose of financing the general corporate needs of Técnicas Reunidas Group.
Advising a syndicate of financial institutions in relation to a EUR130m facility agreement entered into with Mecalux, S.A. for the purpose of (i) financing the acquisition of treasury shares, (ii) refinancing the existing debt and (iii) financing its general corporate needs.
Advising a syndicate of financial institutions in relation to the EUR690m financing entered into with CIE Automotive Group for the purpose of (i) refinancing the existing debt and (ii) financing their general corporate needs.
Advising a CaixaBank, S.A. in relation to a EUR70m facility agreement entered into with Medcap Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A.U. for the purpose of the acquisition and refurbishment of a building located at calle Portal del Ángel, 40 (Barcelona).
Advising a leading Spanish bank and CaixaBank, S.A. in the EUR124m financing for the acquisition of Halcón Cerámicas group.
Advising a syndicate of financial institutions in relation to a EUR65m entered into with Olivos Naturales, S.L. and its subsidiaries in Spain and Portugal for the purpose of (i) refinancing the existing debt and (ii) financing their general corporate needs.
Advising a syndicate of financial institutions in relation to a EUR40m financing (composed of a revolving credit facility and a syndicated confirming) entered into with Fábricas Agrupadas de Muñecas de Onil, S.L. (FAMOSA) for the purpose of financing the general corporate needs of it group.
Advising CaixaBank, S.A. in relation to the EUR65m refinancing transaction entered into with Aguajerez, S.L. regarding the license for the exploitation, sanitation and purification of water in the municipality.
Advising in relation to a EUR45.8m facility agreement for the acquisition, refurbishment, maintenance and exploitation of several student residences.
Advising a leading Spanish bank and CaixaBank, S.A. in relation to the EUR100m financing granted to Iridum regarding the project for the design, operation and maintenance of the intermodal transportation hub of Avenida de América in Madrid.
