  • Advising an industrial energy transaction platform established between Aviva Investors (the global asset management business of Aviva plc.) and Astatine Limited on numerous acquisitions of renewable energy projects, by way of a share purchase. 
  • Advising on the sale of Forte Pespa Limited, a Dublin-based manufacturer specialising in prefabricated balconies and facade access solutions for residential and commercial construction projects, to Erisbeg
  • Acting for Altiva Management on the acquisition of the famous Powerscourt Distillery business in Wicklow, Ireland, from its Receiver, Mark Degnan, of Interpath.
  • Advising Teybridge Capital (Europe) Limited on a strategic investment in the company by a Spanish family office, Baghdadi Capital.
  • Advising Pine Services Group (an Evergreen Services Group PLC company) on its separate acquisitions of two Irish IT services businesses. 
  • Acting for the Medica Group on numerous share and asset acquisitions in Ireland through its subsidiary, Global Diagnostics (Ireland) Limited. 
  • Acting for HSS Hire Group on the disposal of its Irish business to Chadwick Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grafton Group. 
  • Advising a large international fund manager on the acquisition of a portfolio of Irish hotels with an enterprise value in excess of €350 million.
  • Advising Aviva Investors on its investment into Erapid Charger Company Limited, an Irish electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure specialist headquartered in Dublin.
  • Advising PIB Insurance Group on multiple acquisitions of Irish Insurance brokers.
  • Acting for sellers and management on the sale of Irish gym software company Glofox to Thoma Bravo / ABC Fitness Solutions.
  • Advising an international law firm on its merger with Irish law firm.
  • Acting for sellers and management on an investment by Livingbridge into Irish healthtech company T-Pro.
  • Advising multiple international clients on the establishment of their Irish operations and provision of ongoing corporate governance support.
  • Acting for Navitas Semiconductor on its merger with NYSE listed special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II. The transaction, which valued the combined entity at an enterprise value of USD1.04 billion, resulted in Navitas becoming a publicly-traded company.
