Pro Bono

Contributed to prepare an amicus curiae, submitted before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice in 2021, as an individual pro bono work alongside the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México, the oldest Mexican non-governmental law association. The document aimed at nullifying an amendment to the telecommunications law to avoid human rights violations by referring specifically to infringements of access to telecommunications, employment law, presumption of innocence, and personal data protection.
