Nicole Bertsch is a government relations attorney with over a decade of experience representing a variety of clients, including healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, patient groups, providers, and researchers. Nicole has extensive experience helping clients monitor and respond to legislative action, develop comments to federal rulemaking, and design advocacy strategies. She also advises clients on matters before Congress, federal agencies, and state governments.
