Jonny Byrne-Leitch focuses in advising investment banks, leading financial institutions, and other non-bank lenders in the fund finance space.
He regularly assists administrative agents, lead arrangers and lenders with the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of complex multijurisdictional financing transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities and hybrid (NAV) facilities. Jonny also has experience advising on specialty financing transactions (forward flow agreements).
Prior to joining DLA Piper LLP (US), Jonny practiced at a Wall Street firm and a large international firm in London, where he helped clients with a variety of finance related matters.
Jonny is dual-qualified and holds a practicing certificate in Scotland and is licensed in the State of New York.
