Kate Benveniste is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on real estate disputes.  Kate holds an Arizona real estate salesperson license (inactive), and she regularly represents clients in matters involving real estate transactions, commercial leases, and related matters.

A significant portion of Kate’s practice also includes complex commercial disputes in the health and wellness space.  Kate has represented clients engaged in the following industries:

  • Represented mortgage lender in serial actions brought by borrower asserting claims for quiet title and wrongful foreclosure
  • Represented commercial landlord against restaurant tenant and related entity for breach of lease and fraudulent transfer
  • Defended seller of and real estate broker for luxury properties against claims brought by buyer for alleged violations of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and state consumer protection act
  • Counseled homeowner in connection with short-term rental rights under state law and governing homeowner’s association documents
