Gianna concentrates her practice on national and cross-border matters involving government facing investigations and internal corporate compliance.

Gianna assists multinational corporations with global investigations related to a variety of matters including criminal investigations, civil inquiries conducted by the US Department of Justice, US Securities and Exchange Commission, and other law enforcement agencies. She also assists clients in connection with alleged violations of US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), False Claims Act (FCA), and other regulations. In addition, she assists in advising clients on the implementation and enhancement of anti-corruption and compliance programs, policies, and training.
